Abstract

Capital is wealth that is used in production to obtain further wealth. Utilization of e-commerce is the benefit felt after using online applications. IKM players assisted by DISDAGKOPERIN will receive capital injections from DPMPTSP and socialization about utilizing e-commerce as a marketing medium to increase the income of IKM players. However, there are still several SMEs whose income is still the same or even falling. This research aims to determine the effect of capital and the use of E-Commerce on the income of SMEs assisted by DISDAGKOPERIN Rejang Lebong Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were IKM assisted by DISDAGKOPERIN, Rejang Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 31 respondents. Data collection methods in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the research show that: 1) the capital variable does not have a significant effect on the income of SMEs assisted by DISDAGKOPERIN, this is indicated by the tcount value which is smaller than ttable, namely -0.194 < 1.701. 2) the E-commerce variable does not significantly influence the income of SMEs assisted by DISDAGKOPERIN, this is indicated by the tcount value which is smaller than ttable, namely 1.285 < 1.701. 3) Capital and E-commerce Utilization do not have an effect together. This is proven by the results of the F statistical test which obtained an Fcount value of 0.947 with a significance value of 0.400. in other words, the influence of capital and use of e- commerce on the income of SMEs fostered by DISDAGKOPERIN Rejang Lebong Regency is 25.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 74.8% of income from IKM fostered by DISDAGKOPERIN (Y) is influenced by other income factors such as the influence of length of business, market, location and working hours.
