Abstract

Economic growth is one of the benchmarks for assessing a country's economic progress. Capital formation or investment is one component of economic growth. The sharia capital market is considered capable of contributing to increasing Indonesia's economic growth. This research aims to see the influence of the Islamic capital market in several variables on economic growth in Indonesia in 2019-2023. This research uses a quantitative approach, using time series data from secondary data with data management techniques using classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS software. The results of the research, SPSS data processing results show that based on the t test there is an influence between sharia shares on economic growth in Indonesia. The t test is 12.724 with a significance of 0.050=0.050. Meanwhile, based on the t test between sharia bonds and economic growth in Indonesia, there is no significant influence. The t test is 9.301 with a significance of 0.068>0.050. Meanwhile, sharia mutual funds have no influence on economic development in Indonesia. The t test is 0.320 with a significance of 0.803>0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test data show a significant influence between the variables of sharia shares, sharia bonds and sharia mutual funds on economic growth in Indonesia simultaneously. The f test is 840.963 and the significance value is 0.025<0.050.
