Abstract

Entrepreneurial competence is one of the achievements expected to exist in class XII SMK students because in the learning curriculum there are subjects on entrepreneurship. Through internship activities, students also gain direct experience and knowledge in the industrial world. However, in reality, the competence of class XII students at SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong is still not optimal, one of the reasons for this situation is the ineffectiveness of the entrepreneurship learning process itself in the classroom and the running of internship activities in the industrial world. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of entrepreneurship learning on the entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong; 2) the influence of internship activities on the entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong; 3) the influence of entrepreneurship learning and internship activities on the entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely research that describes the phenomenon's state or status. Respondents were class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong totaling 90 out of a total population of 359 class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The data collection method used in this research is using the questionnaire method. Multiple regression analysis and correlation techniques are techniques used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Entrepreneurship learning has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong by 41.8 percent, 2) Prakerin activities have a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong by 22, 8 percent, 3) Entrepreneurship learning and internship activities together have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong by 63.9 percent entrepreneurial competence of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong is influenced by the variables of entrepreneurial learning and activities internship, while the remaining 36.1 percent is influenced by other variables not included in the study .
