Abstract
The 3 month 30 juz Tahfidz Quarantine Program organized by the Majlis Cahaya Qur'an Foundation is the first Qur'an memorization acceleration program held in Curup, Rejang Lebong district, which has graduated 32 participants who have completed memorizing 30 chapters. However, there are several obstacles experienced including some students experiencing problems in maintaining their memorization after completing the program, besides that it is difficult for institutions to find professional Al-Qur'an teachers both in terms of knowledge, teaching skills and exemplary. This study aims to describe the management of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program in shaping the religious character of the students. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation, time triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of the research, in the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program, good governance or management is carried out to support the implementation of the program so that it fits the goals and targets set. The management in question is related to how the Majlis Cahaya Qur'an Foundation plans, organizes, implements and supervises the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program that is carried out. and sunnah, living the sunnah of the Prophet in everyday life and consistently carrying out orders and staying away from Allah's prohibitions. So that the Tahfidz Quarantine program has a good influence on the students' personal self, families and society. Keywords: Management, Tahfidz Program, Religious Character
