Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of influencers Muslim to increase sales of SR12 Herbal Skincare products in Rejang Lebong, to find out the benefits of using influencer services to increase sales of SR12 Herbal Skincare products in Rejang Lebong, and to determine the methods used by influencers in promoting these products. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data, obtained from the results of observations, interviews, documentation, through previous research, books, journals, and other sources relevant to this research. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive methods, namely describing the data obtained through primary data and secondary data. The results show that: First, influencers have a role as a promoter, especially as an informer and persuader. Second, the benefits received by these resellers after establishing cooperation are an increase in the number of followers on Instagram, sales have increased so that turnover also increases, product image is getting better and consumer confidence to use SR12 products is increasing. Third, the promotion method used by Muslim influencers is by posting reviews through social media, especially Instagram, namely through Instrastory or Instagram feeds.
