Jalilah, Student Registration Number: 20861009, Clinical Supervision Management of The Principal in Improving the Learning Process at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong, A Thesis, IAIN Curup Postgraduate Program, Islamic Education Management Study, 2022. This clinical supervision is carried out considering that SMKIT Khoiru Ummah has teaching staff who generally come from non-educational backgrounds. In addition, there are several teaching staff who have just completed their education or are fresh graduates who need help to overcome difficulties in the teaching base by guiding the teacher in choosing teaching methods, and preparing the teacher to be able to carry out his duties with high creativity and autonomy as a teacher.This study aims to describe planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluation of the clinical supervision management of the principal in improving the learning process at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. The author used a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research type, i.e. a research that described or portrayed the state or status of a phenomenon. The data were collected by using observation and interviews with the principal, teachers and students. The results of this research showed (1) Planning was done by determining the overall strategy and formulating a comprehensive planning system to integrate and to coordinate all tasks and responsibilities to achieve the ideal learning process; (2) Organizing was conducted by creating good relationships by explaining the meaning of clinical supervision so that teacher participation increased, and also by reviewing lesson plans and lesson objectives; (3) Actuating was implemented by the principal, by directly overseen the activities of educators in carrying out their main tasks, in teaching, in using teaching tools, methods and techniques, by doing careful observation; (4) Evaluation was conducted by the principal; The principal provided reinforcement to the appearance of educators and also moral encouragement so that educators were able to improve their shortcomings.
