Abstract
Name. Nur Ranni, NIM 20871020, PAI Teachers' Efforts in Realizing Effective Learning With Blended Learning Models at MAN Curup, thesis, IAIN Curup Postgraduate Program, Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) 2022 112 pages. Effective learning is the use of appropriate procedures that bring useful and purposeful learning to students. Learning can run effectively if a teacher masters learning materials, masters technology and masters skills in teaching. In terms of researchers trying to find data about what efforts are made by PAI teachers in MAN in realizing effective learning when implementing blended learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts of PAI teachers in improving mastery of material, technology and skills at MAN Curup. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collected is related to the efforts of PAI teachers to realize effective learning, from three aspects: mastery of material, mastery of technology, and efforts of PAI teachers to improve teaching skills. the source of the data is the teacher of the PAI subject group at MAN Curup, namely Al-Qur'an Hadith, Aqidah, Jurisprudence, and the history of Islamic culture. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Triangulation of data using source triangulation That is, comparing or reaffirming the level of reliability of information from various sources. Namely, documentation, observation and interviews with PAI subject teachers: Al-Qur'an Hadith, Akida Akhlak, Fiqh, and Islamic Cultural History teachers. The results of the study reveal the efforts of PAI teachers to realize effective learning 1) Mastering the material by reviewing lesson plans, relearning about the material to be taught, and making mid mapping, 2) Mastering online learning technology by studying with friends by studying learning applications, participating in training or education, self-taught see tutorials on YouTube. 3). Mastering skills by reading more about the types of learning skills, discussing fellow teachers in terms of sharing experiences, and reflecting on learning activities.
